| the good... the quality of their chrome work. Also comes with a nice warranty. They've done these exchanges for years and have all the shipping to and from down to a science. the bad... you are at their mercy with exchange/core charge... ie. if they say that the wheels you send them are out of round... you have no defense and they will charge that against the core charge. Happened to me and I told them they were full of it... Rarely driven... track time... had no wheel/tire wear problems ever... yadda, yadda, yadda and wanted my full core charge back. They refused. So I left a neutral on my feedback... Wheels look great. At their mercy w/ core refunds.... or the lack there of. They were so unhappy with that neutral on their feedback rating they filed a complaint with a 3rd party arbitrator ( which is not free ) to get it removed. Came down to a their word against mine and whie I couldn't offer proof the wheels weren't out of round... they provided no proof that they were. In the end my feedback was not removed.
